摘要
针对矩形沟槽内细薄膜蒸发弯月面区的流动特性进行了研究。采用伽辽金方法获得了矩形沟槽内液相具有曲面界面边界条件压力分布的解析解。在给定条件下对矩形沟槽细薄膜蒸发弯月面区的压力分布和速度分布进行了计算分析,研究结果表明:减小接触角有助于提高矩形沟槽弯月面区的流动性能。研究结果将为细薄膜蒸发机理的研究提供良好的参考。
The fluid flow characteristics of the film evaporation meniscus region in the rectangular groove were investigated.An analytical solution of the pressure distribution within the meniscus bulk region,where the interfaces dominated by surface tension was found via a coordinate transformation and the Galerkin Method.The pressure distribution and the velocity distribution of the film evaporation meniscus region in the rectangular groove were calculated and analyzed.The results show that decreasing the contact angle could improve the flow property of tliem eniscus region in the rectangular groove.The results can help understanding the mechanism of thin film evaporation for the further study.
