心理干预对卵巢癌患者生存质量影响的Meta分析

Influence of Psychological Intervention on Quality of Life of Patients with Ovarian Cancer:A Meta-analysis

目的评价心理干预对卵巢癌患者生存质量的影响。方法计算机检索美国国立医学图书馆国家生物技术信息中心网、Cochrane图书馆、荷兰医学文摘数据库、中国知网、中国生物文献数据库、中文科技期刊全文数据库等数据库,时限为建库至2014年4月国内外心理干预对卵巢癌患者生存质量影响的随机对照试验,进行数据Meta分析,无法转换合并的数据采用描述性分析。结果共纳入9个试验研究。Meta分析显示,心理干预对改善患者生存质量具有短期效果;描述性分析结果显示,心理干预仅可改善患者躯体疼痛和心理功能障碍。结论心理干预能够提高卵巢癌患者生存质量,减轻患者躯体疼痛和缓解心理功能障碍,但对患者社会功能障碍无改善效果。

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of psychological intervention on the quality of life of ovarian cancer patients.Methods Randomized controlled trials(RCTs)studies of psychological intervention on ovarian cancer patients were recruited in the databases including PubMed,Cochrane library,Embase,CNKI and VIP were searched.The retrieval time is from database construction to April2014.Data were analyzed using Meta analysis,and other data which cannot be combined were analyzed by descriptive analysis method.Results Nine RCTs were included.Meta analysis indicated that psychological intervention has short term effect on improve the patients’quality of life,descriptive analysis indicated that psychological intervention only could help the patients to deal with somatic pains and psychological obstacles.Conclusion Psychological interventions can improve the quality of life of patients with ovarian cancer and help them to ease the somatic pains and overcome psychological obstacles in mind.But it has no effect on the improvement of social dysfunction.
