纪检监察派驻机构对驻在部门领导班子及其成员监督工作的再思考

Rethinking on the Supervision of Accredited Watchdog Organizations of Discipline Inspection on the Leading Group and Its Members of the Supervised Department

2004年以来,中央纪委、监察部正式对派驻机构实施统一管理,这项制度迄今已经走过18年。近年来,在党要管党、从严治党、努力提高党的建设科学化水平的宏观背景下,我国纪检监察派驻机构统一管理模式在实践中不断探索、改革,取得了一定成效,派驻监察职能得到进一步强化。本文立足于纪检监察派驻机构对驻在部门领导班子及其成员的监督工作,从已有成效、尚存问题、改进建议三方面进行探讨,为促进我国反腐倡廉体制机制的进一步发展和完善提供参考借鉴。

Since2004,the central commission for discipline inspection and ministry of supervision have exerted unified management of the accredited organizations,which has lasted18years so far.In recent years,under the macro background of governing the communist party by communist party,strengthening communist party’s self-discipline,and promoting the scientific construction of communist party,the unified management of accredited organizations of discipline inspection in our country has achieved a lot through constant exploration and reform,and the accredited watchdog functions have been further strengthened.Based on the supervision of accredited watchdog organizations of discipline inspection on the leading group and its members,this paper discussed the following three aspects:the achieved effect,remaining problems and coping suggestions,so as to provide reference for the further development and perfection of the system of combating corruption and upholding integrity in our country.
