技术创新对我国高技术产品出口贸易的影响——以电子通信行业为例

Study on the Impact of Technology Innovation on China's High-tech Products Export——Analysis of Electronic Communication Industry as an Example

选择我国电子通信行业的R&D资金投入强度、R&D人员投入强度以及发明专利拥有量三个指标,多角度地探析我国技术创新对电子通信行业出口的影响。利用全国31个省级行政区2004—2015年的面板数据,对样本数据现状做描述性统计并建立计量经济模型。结果表明:三项技术创新指标对我国东中部地区的电子通信行业出口的影响极为显著,而在西部地区,发明专利拥有量指标与电子通信行业出口相关关系强于另外两个指标。最后对此进行分析解释并提出相应的政策建议。

By the use of the R&D capital investment intensity,R&D personnel input intensity and the invention patent ownership of China’s electronic and communication equipment industry,the impact of China’s technological innovation was explored from different aspects on the export of electronic communications industry.The panel data of31provinces in the country from2004to2015wer used to describe the status of the sample data and the econometric model was established.The results show that the three technological innovation indicators have a significant impact on the export of the electronic communication industry in the eastern and central regions of China,while in the western region,the relationship between the inventories of patent patents and export of the communication industry is stronger than the other two indicators.Finally,the corresponding policy and suggestions were put forward in the paper.
