摘要
PWM信号是交流充电桩与电动汽车之间的通信方式,电动汽车通过检测PWM信号的状态实现充电开始、充电结束、以及调整充电电流。PWM信号的正确性、精准性直接影响整个充电过程。GB/T 18487.1对交流充电桩的PWM波形参数提出了详细要求,在实际测试过程中,各充电桩厂家普遍存在PWM信号不准确的现象。文章从PWM信号产生的原理出发,分析造成PWM波形参数不达标的主要原因,对交流充电桩的设计及生产制造具有指导意义。
AC charging spot communicates with electric vehicles through PWM signal,and the electric vehicles control the beginning and end of charging,and adjustment of charging current via detection of PWN signal statue.The accuracy and precision of PWM signal affect the whole charging process directly.GB/T18487.1has specific requirements on the parameters of PWM signal.However,the unqualified PWM waves designed by different EVSE manufactures were generally found during the test.This paper analyzed the main causes of unqualified parameters of PWN signal based on the fundamental principle of the generation of PWM wave,and it also gave significant suggestions for thedesign and manufacture of AC charging spot
