熔硫尾洗装置的改造与运行实践

Transformation and operation practice of molten sulphur from tail gas scrubbing apparatus

介绍了宜都兴发化工有限公司800 kt/a硫磺制酸装置熔硫工序的尾洗系统运行情况及存在的问题。针对尾洗系统设备腐蚀较严重、设备运行周期短及洗涤效果不理想等问题,技术人员对抽气管道材质、喷淋喷头及尾洗塔进行改造。改造后尾洗系统运行稳定,改善了现场工作环境,提高了整个熔硫装置运行稳定性。

Tail gas scrubbing system operation and existing problems of sulphur melting section in800kt/a sulphuric acid plant are described.Technical staff transformed the pipe material,spray nozzle and tail washing tower,aiming at serious corrosion in scrubbing,short equipment running cycle,bad washing effect and so on.After the reform,tail scrubbing system was stable,improving the on site working environment and stability of the entire melting sulphur plant operation.
