摘要
随着环保要求的日益严格,硫酸装置原污水处理工艺不能有效降低排放污水COD,且排放污水不能二次回收利用。金钼股份硫酸厂根据实际情况对污水处理工艺进行优化,废酸中和化灰过程无一次水添加,并首次采用大孔径树脂降低污水COD。处理后污水COD优于外排标准,可并入硫酸厂消防管网回收再用,实现了硫酸系统污水"零"排放。
With more stringent environmental requirements,sulphuric acid plant sewage treatment process can not reduce the discharge of sewage COD effectively,and discharged sewage can not be secondary recycled.According to the actual situation,sewage treatment process was optimized.Waste acid neutralized ash without adding water,and large pore size resin was used to reduce sewage COD for the first time.COD in polluted water after treatment was superior to discharge standards.realizing"zero"emissions of sulphuric acid system.
