头穴透刺联合地黄饮子治疗中风后吞咽困难临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Scalp Point-to-Point Acupuncture Combined with Dihuang Yinzi on Dysphagia after Stroke

目的:观察头穴透刺为主联合中药地黄饮子治疗中风后吞咽困难的疗效。方法:将60例中风后吞咽困难患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组给予常规吞咽功能训练治疗,治疗组在常规吞咽功能训练基础上配合针刺和中药治疗,两组均每天治疗1次,共治疗15天。评价两组治疗前后洼田氏饮水试验评分、中医症状量表积分及临床疗效的改善情况。结果:治疗组改善洼田氏饮水试验评分和中医症状量表积分均明显优于对照组(均P<0.05),治疗组有效率为90%,明显高于对照组66.7%(P<0.05)。结论:头穴透刺联合地黄饮子治疗中风后吞咽困难临床疗效可靠。

Objective:To observe the effect of scalp point-to-point acupuncture combined with Dihuang Yinzi on treating dysphagia after stroke.Methods:60patients with dysphagia after stroke were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=30)and the control group(n=30).The control group was treated with routine swallowing training,on which basis,the treatment group was also given acupuncture and Dihuang Yinzi.The treatment was once per day for fifteen days.Scores of Kubato water drinking test and TCM symptoms scale,as well as clinical efficacy were evaluated after the treatment in the two groups.Results:The improvements of Kubato water drinking test and TCM symptoms were significantly better in the treatment group than those in the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate was90%in the treatment group,which was significantly higher than66.7%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is a reliable therapy for dysphagia after stroke by scalp point-to-point acupuncture combined with Dihuang Yinzi.
