改良火龙灸疗法对气虚质亚健康人群调节作用的临床观察

Regulating Effect of Modified Huolong Moxibustion on Sub-health of Qi Deficiency

目的:通过观察改良火龙灸疗法对气虚质亚健康人群的调节作用,为临床气虚质亚健康提供有效的治疗新方法。方法:将69例确诊为气虚质亚健康人群随机分为健康宣教组、火龙灸组和改良火龙灸组,每组患者各23例,健康宣教组仅予以健康宣教,火龙灸组在健康宣教的基础上予以火龙灸治疗,改良火龙灸组在健康宣教的基础上予以改良火龙灸治疗,比较3组人群亚健康疗效评价和气虚质评分情况。结果:3组人群治疗后气虚体质均有改变,组间比较改良火龙灸组体质改善程度优于其余两组。结论:改良火龙灸疗法对气虚质亚健康人群体质偏颇及健康状态有明显改善作用,疗效优于健康宣教及火龙灸疗法。

Objective:To observe the regulating effect of modified Huolong moxibustion therapy on the sub-healthy people with body constitution of Qi deficiency,and to provide a new clinical effective treatment for sub-health of Qi deficiency.Methods:69people with sub-health of Qi deficiency were randomly divided into the health education group(n=23),the Huolong moxibustion group(n=23),and the modified HuoLong moxibustion group(n=23);the last two groups were treated with Huolong moxibustion and modified HuoLong moxibustion on the basis of health education.Efficacy evaluation of sub-health and scores of Qi deficiency constitution were compared among the three groups.Results:There was improvement in all three groups in terms of symptoms of Qi deficiency,the modified Huolong moxibustion group was better than the other two groups.Conclusion:The therapy of modified Huolong moxibustion can improve the health status of the sub-health people with Qi deficiency,its curative effect is better than health education and Huolong moxibustion.
