深水海底管道受损修复关键设备的选择与应用

Selection and application of key equipment in damaged subsea pipeline repairing

以往在进行深水海底管道修复时,先由潜水员使用电氧切割机对旧管道进行切割,而后在旧管道端部开孔安装销轴,采用回收钢缆进行回收,其作业效率低下。选用钻石线切割机、海底管道回收工具(PRT)进行海底管道修复,可大大提高施工方案的可实施性。简要介绍了传统的受损海底管道切割回收方式,钻石线切割机和PRT的结构、工作原理和应用情况;而后以南海某工程项目海底管道修复施工为例,重点论述了国内首次使用钻石线切割机和PRT修复受损深水海底管道的过程,并提出了一些注意事项及建议。

In traditional deepwater subsea pipeline repairing,the diver uses an electric oxygen cutting machine to cut old pipeline,then drills holes in the cut pipeline end to install a pivot pin and a steel cable to retrieve the pipeline.This method has low working efficiency.The new method of selecting a diamond wire cutting machine and a pipeline recovery tool(PRT)to repair subsea pipeline can greatly improve the feasibility of pipeline repairing.This paper introduces the traditional damaged subsea pipeline repairing method briefly,as well as the structure,working principle and application of diamond wire cutting machine and PRT,discusses in detail the first application of the new repairing method in a pipeline repairing project in the South China Sea,then puts forward some relevant suggestions.
