大型多筒体四边形塔架式火炬吊装技术 被引量:7

摘要 神华宁煤400万t/a煤炭间接液化项目全厂外管下游火炬系统,为一座150 m高的多筒体四边形塔架式火炬,吊装难度大。经论证火炬塔架采用分段正装方法,火炬筒体采用吊车倒装方法,可解决吊装难题。在简要介绍了工程概况,论证了工程采取的吊装方法之后,较为详细地阐述了包括吊装总体思路、塔架吊耳、塔架吊装软加固、吊装索具、临时操作平台制作、导轨吊装、火炬筒体吊装等施工工艺。实践证明,采取上述吊装方法,吊装一次取得了圆满的成功。 The flare system of400×104t/a coal indirect liquefaction project in SNCG is a150m multi-cylinder quadrilateral flare tower.The reasonable argument presents the construction methods to overcome difficult hoisting problem,i.e.the quadrilateral flare tower frame is assembled with sections,and the cylinders are invertedly assembled by using a crane.This paper illustrates the whole hoisting plan and concrete measures related to lifting lugs of tower frame,tower frame soft reinforcement,rigging for hoisting,temporary operation platform,guiding rail hoisting,flare cylinder hoisting,and so on.The multi-cylinder quadrilateral flare tower is successfully hoisted according to above mentioned methods.
