环境行为理论对旧居住小区停车设施问题的成因分析

Analysis of the causes of parking facilities in old residential quarters based on the theory of environmental behavior

随着我国汽车购买力的不断增长,在城市交通配套设施大力发展的基础上,满足了全体社会公众的出行需求.而有行必有停,旧居住小区以当时的规划与设计规范,无法适应社会的快速发展,出现停车难、乱停车、出行拥堵的行为现象.面对问题的日趋严重,即不能简单地推旧出新,亦不可能绝然拒之.为此,本文从人、行为、环境的辩证关系出发,综合分析了停车设施的性质、停车位少,无交通导视系统、出入口设施破旧的成因,并提出从环境尺度的外延,空间纵向的共生、共享,以及功能的数字化、智能化的方向进行再规划与设计.

The growing power of purchasing cars and the great improvement of urban traffic facilities satisfy the travel demand of the public.However,parking becomes a serious problem in old residential quarters for their out dated planning and design specifications,which cause traffic congestion in some area.It finds hard to give or reject new measures taken.Therefore,the paper,from the dialectical relation among people,behavior and environment,analyzes the nature of parking facilities,small parking space,no traffic signage system,and suggests the installation of entrance facilities,redesigning digital and intelligent of the parking facilities and sharing and coexisting of parking space from the perspective of the extension of the scale of the environment.
