摘要
汽车悬架系统是四轮定位参数的重要影响因素.通过确立优化目标,建立了前悬架的多体系统分析模型,对四轮定位参数进行优化.并对麦弗逊式独立悬架进行受力分析,分析悬架系统对四轮定位参数的影响.最后对四轮定位参数及时进行检测和调整优化,使其处于标准范围.研究成果对提高汽车的动力性、操纵稳定性以及行驶安全性有着重要意义.
The automobile suspension system is an important influence factor of four wheel positioning parameters.By establishing the optimization target,the multi body system analysis model of the front suspension is set in the paper with the four wheel positioning parameters optimized.And the force analysis of the McPherson independent suspension is carried out,and the influence of the suspension system on the four wheel positioning parameters is analyzed.Finally,the four wheel positioning parameters are detected and adjusted in time to make them in the standard range.The research results are of great significance in improving the dynamic performance,handling stability and driving safety.
