摘要
【目的】为了更好开发利用野生博湖蘑菇资源,为博湖蘑菇的人工栽培及商品化生产提供优质的母种、原种和栽培种。【方法】设置不同碳源、氮源、温度、pH值、农业有机物等培养基配方研究博湖蘑菇的菌丝体生物学特性。【结果】结果表明,博湖蘑菇菌丝生长最适的碳源为蔗糖,最适温度为22℃,最适的pH为6.0,最佳有机物配方为马铃薯加蔗糖,最佳原种培养料为谷粒和麦粒。【结论】野生博湖蘑菇菌丝能够在马铃薯加蔗糖的母种培养基和以谷粒、麦粒为主的原种培养基上良好的生长。
【Objective】In order to exploit and utilize the resources of wild Agaricus sinodeliciosus,high-quality maternal form,master stock and spawn for the artificial cultivation and commercial production of the mushroom should be provided.【Methods】The biological characteristics of mycelia of the mushroom were studied by setting different carbon sources,nitrogen sources,temperatures,pH,and agricultural organic compounds of the culture medium.【Results】The results showed that the optimum condition for the growth of the mycelia included sucrose as the carbon source,temperature range of22℃and the pH of6.0.The best organic formula is potato plus sucrose.The best culture medium for master stock is grain and wheat.【Conclusion】The mycelia of wild Agaricus sinodeliciosus grow well on the maternal form of potato plus sucrose and the master stock of grain-based and wheat-based.
