积极老龄化及健康促进视角下西南少数民族农村老人养老需求分析

Analysis of Pension Demand of Elderly in Southwest Ethnic Minorities Rural Areas from Perspective of Active aging and Health Promotion

目的:以"积极老龄化"和健康促进的理念,分析少数民族地区农村老人的养老需求,以期为促进老年人健康提供参考。方法:采用立意整群抽样,对傣、侗、藏3个民族665位农村老人养老现状进行调查。结果:家庭仍然是主要保障来源;健康状况值得关注;社会参与以宗教和娱乐活动为主,公共事务决策参与边缘化。结论:积极老龄化视角可拓展老龄化研究的视野,更深层次地了解老年人需求,少数民族农村地区应以家庭养老为重点,加强老年人健康促进和社区层面的医养结合,通过文化支持和制度保障促进老年人的公共决策参与,提升晚年生活质量。

Objective:Analyze the need of old-age care in ethnic minorities rural areas from the perspective of active ageing and health promotion.Methods:Adopted the method of purposive cluster sampling,invegtigated the status quo of old-age care in665in Dai,Dong,Zang rural elderly people from three respects:security,health,participate.Results:Families are still the main source of security;the health of three ethnic minorities elderly people is so worrying;Social participation is dominated by religious and recreational activities,and Public participation in active marginalization.Conclusion:The active ageing perspective has important reference value for us to expand the vision of ageing research,to further understand the needs of the elderly,and to establish a pension service guarantee system in line with the new situation.Ethnic minorities rural areas should support the family pension as the key point,improve the level of the elderly's security,strengthen the health promotion and Integrating pension service with medical service at the community level of the elderly,improve the quality of life in the later years,promote the participation of public decision-making of the elderly through cultural support and institutional protection.
