苏州市某医院肺癌晚期患者家庭照顾者负担体验的质性研究

Qualitative Study on Burden Experience of Family Caregivers of Patients with Advanced Lung Cancer in a Hospital of Suzhou City

目的:探讨肺癌晚期患者家庭照顾者的负担体验。方法:对苏州市某医院12例肺癌晚期患者家庭照顾者进行深入访谈,并运用Colaizzi法对资料进行分析。结果:肺癌晚期患者家庭照顾者负担体验主要有5个方面:心理负荷过重、身体负担显著、社会负担出现、经济压力大、知识及照顾技能缺乏。结论:应给予肺癌晚期患者家庭照顾者更多的关注,并为其提供专业的照顾知识指导和心理疏导,减轻其照顾负担,提高其生活质量。

Objective:To explore the burden experience of family caregivers of patients with advanced lung cancer.Methods:12family caregivers of patients with advanced lung cancer were involved in the investigation by an in-depths interview.The data were analyzed by method of Colaizzi.Results:Five aspects of burden experience of family caregivers of patients with advance lung cancer were drawn:heavy psychological burden,significant physiological burden,appearance of social burden,big economic pressure and lack of related knowledge and skills.Conclusion:The family caregivers of patients with advance lung cancer should be given more attention,professional knowledge guidance and psychological counseling to reduce their care burden and improve their quality of life.
