微波氧化焙烧含锗硬锌渣试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 硬锌渣是锗提取的重要原料之一。目前,回收硬锌中的锗普遍采用的工艺为"中浸—氧化焙烧—氯化蒸馏"的工艺流程回收。企业中多采用焦炭来提供热源,对物料进行焙烧处理,存在能源消耗大、劳动强度大、环境污染大等缺点。本文以真空炉渣经中性浸出后的含锗硬锌渣为原料进行了微波管式炉氧化焙烧试验研究。通过研究,获得最优微波焙烧温度为500℃,焙烧时间2.5 h,所得到最佳浸出率为86.82%;微波显著缩短了氧化焙烧时间、降低了焙烧温度,改善了焙烧条件,实现了清洁、节能高效的氧化焙烧。 Hard zinc is produced from distillation refining of crude zinc,which is one of the important raw materials of germanium extraction At present,the process of recovery germanium from hard zinc widely used is a flowsheet of recovery by neutral leaching-oxidation roasting-chlorination distillation The energy is provided by coke Therefore,the process has the disadvantages of high energy consumption, labor intensive,environment pollution and so on In this paper,a new method of oxidation way is proposed Through the study,the optimal microwave calcination temperature and roasting time were obtained which are500℃and25h respectively under the experimental condition At the same time,the best leaching rate was acquired which is8682% Microwave oxidation roasting significantly reduces the roasting time and roasting temperature,improves the roasting conditions and implements clean,energy saving and efficient oxidation roasting
