摘要
建立微分脉冲溶出伏安法测定含氟废水中微量磷的方法。磷与钼酸铵在酸性介质中反应生成磷钼杂多酸后,立即被还原生成蓝色络合物。此蓝色络合物在NH_3-NH_4Cl缓冲溶液中(pH=10)有一个高灵敏度及高选择性的极谱还原波,其峰电位为-1.04 V。结果表明:磷的质量浓度在3~50μg/L与峰电流呈良好线性关系,方法的检出限为0.307 2μg/L,相对标准偏差小于5%,加标回收率在98.27%~104.14%。该方法灵敏度高、简单、快速,适用于含氟废水中微量磷的测定。
A method for determination of trace phosphorus in fluorine containing waste water by differential pulse stripping voltammetry is established In acid solution containing ascorbic acid,phosphorus reacts with molybdate to form an phospho molybdic heteropolyacid,and then reduced to form a blue complex The blue complex has a highly sensitive and highly selective reduction wave appearing at-104V in NH3-NH4Cl buffer solution(pH=10)The results show that the derivative wave height relates linearly-to phosphorus concerntration in the range of3~50μg/L The limit of determination was03072μg/L,and the relative standard deviation of this method less than5%Recoveries ranging from9827%to10414%by using a standard addition recovery test The method is sensitive,simple,fast and suitable for the determination of trace phosphorus in fluorine containing waste water
