摘要
为降低服装裁剪错漏裁片的概率,减少面、辅料耗损率,采用贪心算法以最大铺布层数和最大套排件数为优化目标对订单的号型数据进行整理,通过对订单资料数据进行多重分析、运算和优化自动得出最优裁剪方案,开发了服装裁剪自动分床系统软件,以实现生产企业低成本、高效率、高质量的述求。
In order to reduce the probability of incorrect or missing pieces and the consumption of fabrics algorithm was used to finish type data of order with maximum number of laying layers and the objective.Optimal cutting scheme was auto-generated through multiple analysis,mathematical operation and optimization of theorder data.Automatic garment cutting-plan system software was developed.The software can achieve low cost,high efficiency,high quality requirements.
