单球壳模型参数对细胞介电频谱的影响

摘要 为研究单球壳模型的9个参数(ε_o,κ_o,ε_m,κ_m,ε_(in),κ_(in),R,d,Φ)对细胞介电频谱的影响,采用固定其他8个参数,仅改变单一参数的方法,观察介电频谱的变化.结果表明:ε_o主要影响低频和高频介电常数(ε_l和ε_h);κ_o主要影响低频和高频电导率(κ_l和κ_h);ε_m主要影响低频介电常数(ε_l)、介电增量(Δ_ε)和特征频率(f_c);κ_m主要影响低频参数(ε_l,κ_h)和增量(Δ_ε,Δ_κ);ε_(in)主要影响高频电导率(κ_h);κ_(in)主要影响高频电导率(κ_h)、电导率增量(Δ_κ)和特征频率(f_c);R和d主要影响ε_l、Δ_ε和f_c,但两者作用相反;体积分数Φ主要影响低频参数(ε_l,κ_l)和增量(Δ_ε,Δ_κ)以及κ_h.阐明单球壳细胞模型的参数变化规律,有益于提取细胞电学参数(细胞膜和细胞质),为探讨癌变细胞的电生理机制提供帮助. In order to investigate the effect of nine parameters(εo,κo,εm,κm,εin,κin,R,d,Φ)of the single spherical model on the dielectric spectrum of cell,we used the method of observing the changing behaviors of dielectric spectrum with eight parameters fixed and only one parameter variable.The results show that the parameterεo mainly affects the low frequency and high frequency permittivity(εl,εh).κo mainly affects the low frequency and high frequency conductivity(κl,κh).εm mainly affects the low frequency permittivity(εl),the permittivity increment(Δε)and the characteristic frequency(fc);κm mainly affects the low frequency parameters(εl,κh)and the increment(Δε,Δκ);εin mainly affect(κh),κin mainly affect the high frequency conductivity(κh),conductivity increment(Δκ)and characteristic frequency(fc);R and d mainly affectεl,Δεand fc,but the effect is opposite between the two parameters;volume fractionΦmainly effects the low frequency parameters(εl,κl)and increment(Δε,Δκ)andκh.The rules of parametric variation of the single spherical shell cell model are elucidated,which is beneficial to extract the electrical parameters(cell membrane and cytoplasm),and to explore the electrophysiological mechanism of the cancerous cells.
