胜任力导向的医学教育——从国际合作到国际认证

Competency-based medical education——from international cooperation to international accreditation

胜任力导向的医学教育是第3代医学教育改革的重要特征。北大医院自2012年始和加拿大皇家内科与外科医师学院(RCPSC)合作在我国正式开始胜任力导向的毕业后教育实践。通过成立住院医师项目委员会、建立教学绩效管理制度、师资培训制度等保证胜任力导向毕业后教育的实施;通过基于CanMEDS的课程设置、形成性评价及基于胜任力的终结性评价体系建设等保证培训的质量。2016年北大医院通过RCPSC的国际机构认证,标志住院医师培训管理达到国际水平。

Competency-based medical education is important characteristic of the third generation of medical education reform.Since2012,Peking University First Hospital(PUFH)began its practice of competency-based graduate medical education through cooperation with Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada(RCPSC).Competency-based graduate medical education has been carried out with guarantee of the establishment of residency program committee,the establishment of the teaching performance administration system and faculty training system.The quality of residency training has been ensured by the construction of CanMEDSbased curriculum,formative assessment and competency-based summative assessment system.PUFH passed the international institution accreditation of RCPSC on2016,that means the residency training management of PUFH reach the international level.
