住院医师规范化培训中专业科室的实践与思考

Practice and thinking of specialized department in standardized residency training

遵循临床住院医师规范化培训(住培)相关文件精神,以"过程规范化,结果同质化"为建设目标,教学以"三基训练与临床能力"为核心,组建教学团队,设住培管理小组,组织制定专业住培总体方案,确定目标、流程、培训内容与要求,督促教学团队教师按照规范化培训标准开展住培工作。同时结合专业特点,不断进行教学活动的创新,加强临床沟通能力与科研能力的培养。按上述规范,经本科室培训后,住院医师均能够掌握常见血液、肿瘤疾病的专业知识与临床基本技能、医患沟通技能以及具有一定从全局出发并初步利用系统资源服务患者的能力,住培建设取得较好的效果。

Our Specialized department follows the spirits of standardized residency training documents.With the training goals of improving basic theories and clinical skills,we have built a teaching team and a management group.Meanwhile,we have also developed an overall scheme and set goals and procedures for standardized residency training.Teachers in our department have paid a lot of attention to innovating teaching activities with the specialized features of hematology and oncology combined.They also work on improving residents’clinical communication skills and abilities in scientific research.By making efforts above,after the program is over,all of the residents could acquire professional knowledge and basic clinical skills of hematology and oncology,comprehend doctorpatient communication skills and improve the basic abilities to configurate medical and health resources from an overall angle.In the view of the good results of standardized residency training programs based in our department,we summerized our work and shared ideas about the construction of our specialized department.
