基质细胞衍生因子-1与糖尿病慢性并发症的相关性研究进展 被引量:1

Relationship between stromal cell-derived factor-1 and chronic complications of diabetes

摘要 糖尿病慢性并发症有较高的致残率和致死率,但其发病机制至今尚未完全阐明。近年来发现人基质细胞衍生因子-1(SDF-1)与糖尿病慢性并发症的发生和发展关系密切。SDF-1是一种趋化因子,与特异性受体结合后通过趋化炎症细胞浸润、诱导内皮祖细胞分化,参与新生血管形成和神经修复的作用在糖尿病慢性并发症的发展过程中扮演重要角色。本文就SDF-1与糖尿病慢性并发症的相关研究成果作一简要综述,以期为糖尿病慢性并发症的治疗提供新的策略。 Diabetic chronic complications have high morbidity and mortality,but their pathogenesis is not completely clear yet.In recent years,it is recognized that stromal cell-derived factor-1(SDF-1)is closely related to the development and progression of diabetic chronic complications.As a chemokine,SDF-1binds to its specific receptor and thus exerts chemotactic effects on the infiltration of inflammatory cells,induces the differentiation of endothelial progenitor cells,and participates in new blood vessel formation and nerve repair.It has been found that SDF-1plays a vital role in the development of chronic diabetic complications.The purpose of this paper is to review the recent advances in the understanding of the relationship between SDF-1and diabetic chronic complications in order to provide a new strategy for the treatment of diabetic chronic complications.
