老年病患致跌的医院环境危险因素及其干预研究进展

Research Advances in Environmental Risk Factors of Falls and Related Interventions in Hospital Settings

环境因素是导致医院内发生跌倒的主要原因之一。本文就国内外医院致跌环境危险因素及相应的干预研究进行了综述。发现致跌环境危险因素安全参数值的探讨已经成为一个热点问题，多因素干预研究各项措施是否有效尚存在不一致结论，尚需更多干预研究为在医院内开展防跌倒工作提供依据。本文也对今后的研究方向提出了建议。

Environmental risk factors are the major reasons that lead to falls in hospitals.In this article,we summarized studies relevant to environmental risk factors of falls and interventions conducted in hospitals in China and abroad.Exploring falls related environmental safety parameters has become a research hotspot.Results are inconsistence regarding effectiveness of different interventions.We also put forward suggestions for the future research direction.
