摘要
目的了解湖南省交通事故摩托车驾驶员伤害严重程度的影响因素,为针对性地开展交通安全教育以及改善道路和交通工程设施安全性设计提供依据。方法采用有序Logistic回归模型对随机抽取的2014年湖南省6 808例一般涉摩事故的摩托车驾驶员伤害数据进行分析。结果无后座乘客的驾驶员更可能受到严重的伤害。等责事故比无责事故中的摩托车驾驶员更易发生严重伤害事故。45岁以下的驾驶员受重伤可能性均小于65岁以上的驾驶员。平直路段和一般坡道都比急弯陡坡更容易发生严重事故,而最可能发生严重事故的情况是发生在陡坡和连续下坡的路段。相较于一般城市道路,一级公路和高速公路最易发生摩托车驾驶员伤情严重的事故,其次是等外公路。结论应该从教育、执法、道路设施建设等方面提倡具有针对性的措施预防和减轻摩托车驾驶员的伤害。
Objective To analyze the factors affecting the severity of injured motorcycle drivers in Hunan so as to provide objective evidence for carrying out the education and improving road traffic safety and the design of traffic safety facilities.Methods A total of6808accidents involving a motorcycle were randomly sampled and analyzed by ordered Logistic regression model.Results Of the injured motorcycle drivers,those with no passengers were more likely to suffer serious injuries.The drivers involved in equal liability accidents were more likely to experience serious injury accidents than those in no liability accidents.The injury severity of the drivers below45was less compared with those over65years old.Serious accidents more frequently happened on straight roads and ramps than a sharp steep,and most likely to occur on steep slope and continuous downhill sections.Compared with the general urban road,the first-class highway and highway,followed by substandard roads were associated with serious injuries of motorcycle drivers.Conclusion Targeted measures in the respect of education,law enforcement,and road infrastructure projects should be advocated to prevent and minimize the injury of motorcycle drivers.
