预防儿童伤害游戏棋的应用及效果的初探

Application and Effects of a Child Injury Prevention Chess

目的调查预防儿童伤害游戏棋是否可用于促进儿童伤害的预防。方法采用的预防儿童伤害游戏棋由中国疾病预防控制中心设计制作，可供2~6人同时参加。实验对象为江苏省宜兴市在校3~5年级小学生666名。学生在教师帮助下开展第一次游戏，然后自主游玩。在实验对象使用该游戏棋的前后半年进行两次伤害预防知识问卷调查，最后还进行一次满意度调查。实验和调查在2014年6月—2015年2月期间完成。结果从学生伤害预防知识知晓情况来看，经干预后正确度高于干预前(P＜0.05)；从满意度来看，喜欢这套玩具的人明显多于不喜欢的(差异有统计学意义)，还想要的明显多于不想要的；从分组来看，女生组喜欢程度略高于男生组，年级分组之间无差异。结论预防儿童伤害游戏棋对促进儿童预防伤害受到欢迎，且有较好的效果，有推广价值。

Objective To examine effects of playing a child injury prevention chess.Methods A child injury prevention chess,designed and made by the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention,was chosen for primary school students to play.The game may involve2~6players.The subjects were666primary students(Grades3~5)in Yixing city,Jiangshu province.They played the chess under the help of teachers at the first time,then did themselves.Six months before and after playing the game,all participants were surveyed by finishing a home-designed questionnaire of knowledge of injury prevention.A satisfaction questionnaire was completed on the second survey,in addition to the injury knowledge survey.Results The students’scores on injury prevention knowledge obtained first and second surveys were significantly different,with a higher score on the second survey than the first time.The number of the children expressing a preference for the game was many more than those who didn’t like it.Likewise,there were many more students who wanted to play afterwards than those didn’t.Girls presented a higher preference than boys did,but there was no difference between grade groups.Conclusion The child injury prevention chess is welcome among primary school students and has a beneficial effect on child injury prevention thus should be recommended to more students.
