中国儿童虐待防治相关组织机构功能现状分析

The Current Functional Status of Child Maltreatment Prevention and Intervention Organizations in China

中国正逐步完善未成年人保护的法规和政策体系,但在防治儿童虐待方面与发达国家相比尚存在差距。本文梳理了1992—2012年近20年的文献资料,分析了与儿童虐待防治相关的政府部门、专业机构和民间团体的职能现状、不足和差距,并对未来儿童虐待防治工作中如何加强体系建设、培植防治能力等提出了建议。

The Chinese government has been working to improve the child maltreatment prevention policy and management system gradually.However,there are gaps with other developed countries in terms of child maltreatment prevention practice.The current research reviewed literatures from1992to2012,analyzed the current functional status,gaps,and deficiencies of child maltreatment prevention organizations in China.The results can provide suggestions for future child maltreatment practices in terms of strengthening prevention systems and cultivate training capacities.
