The Research on Injury Surveillance Systems to Products of European Union

欧盟产品伤害监测工作已开展30余年,并在此基础上实施了具有全球影响力的缺陷产品召回。本文通过查找欧盟的法律法规体系现状相关的资料,特别是对与产品伤害监测和处置工作相关的部分法律法规制度的建立和处置实施进展进行梳理,与我国现有产品伤害监测工作的进展情况进行比对,对我国和广东省未来开展产品伤害监测工作提出了建议。

European Product Injury Surveillance has continued over30years.It plays influential roles in the trading market and to the product manufactories,leading the scientific study of health and safety.This paper checks the laws of European Union,searching for the formulating procedures and schedules of laws relating to the product injury surveillances and recalls of defective products.We compare the situation of Product Injury Surveillance in China to the European Union,and give advices to the future development of China’s and Guangdong’s Product Injury Surveillance system.
