摘要
目的描述上海市松江区事故高发区域助动车驾驶危险行为的发生情况及道路环境状况,分析危险行为发生与路段、天气、时间之间的关系以及事故高发路口与非事故高发路口道路环境因素的差别,并为制订道路交通安全政策提供科学依据。方法调取松江区事故高发区域的道路监控录像,观察计数助动车驾驶危险行为的发生情况;采用自行设计的道路环境状况现场调查表,通过询问不同类型调查对象了解道路环境相关情况。结果本研究共观察助动车7 875辆,助动车闯红灯、逆向行驶、占用机动车道行驶的发生率分别为5.9%、9.7%、4.6%;不同路段助动车驾驶危险行为发生情况有所不同;雨天助动车驾驶危险行为发生多于晴天;时间与驾驶危险行为之间无关联;事故高发路口的车道设置较非事故高发路口复杂。结论在不同路段,特别是人流量较大、车道设置较复杂的道路交叉口,应加强针对助动车者的道路交通安全宣传教育,同时采取高效的安全预防控制措施来减少助动车驾驶危险行为发生。
Objective Describe motorized bicyclists’dangerous driving and road environment in high-risk area,Songjiang district,analyze the relationship between road segments,weather,time and dangerous driving,and compare built environmental factors between high-risk intersection and low-risk intersection,so as to provide scientific evidence for road traffic safety strategy formulation.Methods We counted motorized bicyclists’dangerous driving through watching the road surveillance video of Songjiang’s high-risk area and collected road environment information via asking participants to finish and return self-designed questionnaires.Results A total of7875motorized bicycles were observed,and the overall prevalence of running red lights,riding in opposite directions(i.e.,facing oncoming traffic),riding in a motor vehicle lane were5.9%,9.7%,and4.6%,respectively.Road environment was associated with dangerous driving behaviors.The number of dangerous driving in rainy day was more than sunny day.The lane settings in high-risk intersections are more complicated than low-risk intersections.Conclusions Specific safety education should be made for otorized bicyclist in different road segments,especially in high-flow,complicated intersections,while actively adopting efficient measures to decrease motorized bicyclists’dangerous driving.
