摘要
设计了一种新型重力热管并对其散热性能进行了理论计算与实验验证。研究表明:新型重力热管散热器总热阻比普通重力热管降低32%;在环境温度为21℃,LED灯发热功率为14W时,热管能启动时间约为30min;在极限热流密度以下,新型热管散热器具有良好的散热性能且能在较宽的环境温度下运行。
A novel gravity heat pipe(NGHP)is designed and its cooling performance is investigated theoretically and experimentally.The results are as follows:the total thermal resistance of the NGHP is32%lower than that of the gravity heat pipe(GHP).When the ambient temperature is21℃and the heating power is14W,the GNHP startup time is about30min.Under the limit of heat flux,the NGHP has perfect heat dissipation performance and can operate in a wide ambient temperature.
