倭蜂猴肺组织的解剖与观察

摘要 为了解倭蜂猴肺的组织结构特点,并进一步探讨这些结构与其生理功能之间的关系,通过对倭蜂猴肺的解剖并用光学显微镜对肺的组织切片观察表明:倭蜂猴的肺胸壁膜较薄,胸膜下组织不发达,主要由胶原纤维和弹性纤维组成;肺共分6叶,右肺比左肺大,左肺分为2叶,右肺分为4叶,奇叶与中叶相连,与中叶之间分叶完全;倭蜂猴肺的分叶情况与人类的非常相似,不同的地方是倭蜂猴有奇叶,而人类的肺没有奇叶;与其他一些灵长类肺的分叶情况相比,倭蜂猴肺的叶数明显减少,肺泡管壁较厚,呼吸部肺泡数少且较小,肺泡腔的表面衬有肺泡上皮,显微镜观察肺泡上皮主要由肺泡I型细胞和II型细胞组成。 The structure and physiological features of the lung of Pygmy slow loris Bycticebus pygmaeus were examined macroscopically and light microscopically.The results showed that the Pygmy slow loris lung thoracic wall was thin,subpleural tissue underdeveloped.The pleura was mainly composed of collagen and elastic fibers.the lung consisted of6lobes.The right lung size was bigger than the left lung.The left lung consisted of two lobes and the right lung of four,with the azygos lobe communicated with median lobe in which was lobulated completely.The lung of the Pygmy slow loris lobulated structure were similar with humans.However,the lung of human was lacked the azygos lobe.Compared with other primate lung lobes,the Pygmy slow loris was reduced significantly.and the alveolar ducts wall were thick,the number of pulmonary alveoli were less and the size were little.The surface of the alveolar cavity lined with alveolar epithelium.It was mainly composed of alveolar type I and type II cells under microscope observed.
