摘要
太行山原生红豆杉扦插,以1年生充分木质化枝条,在10月中旬采用0.6‰浓度的ABT-2植物生长调节剂进行速蘸处理,繁育成功率最高。
To protect and develop Taxus chinensis reasonably,the taxus cutting propagation has been studied in Taihang Mountains in Jiyuan.In the middle of October,we got the highest cutting propagation rate by used1-year-old fully woody branches of native Taxus chinensis(Pilger)Rehd in Taihang Mountains with rapid dip treatment by which was on condition of0.6concentration of ABT-2plant growth regulators.
