负向富集联合EpCAM识别法检测上皮性卵巢癌循环肿瘤细胞与病理参数及临床疗效关系分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的检测上皮性卵巢癌患者循环肿瘤细胞的数量,分析其与肿瘤的临床病理特征和患者临床疗效的相关性。方法选取本单位收治的上皮性卵巢癌患者60例,抽取患者外周静脉血7.5 m L,采用负向富集联合EpCAM识别法检测患者循环肿瘤细胞的数量,并分析其与患者临床病理指标及近、远期疗效之间的相关性。结果循环肿瘤细胞数量是否>2与EOC患者的年龄、分化程度、是否存在淋巴结转移均无显著相关性(P>0.05),与是否出现复发、远处转移、临床TNM分期明显相关(P<0.05)。循环肿瘤细胞数量≤2组患者有效率为76.2%,中位生存时间为(28.1±3.5)个月,明显高于循环肿瘤细胞数量>2组患者(P>0.05)。结论采用负向富集联合EpCAM识别法检测EOC患者循环肿瘤细胞数量有助于其病情评估和预后预测。 Objective To explore the number of circulating tumor cells correlates with pathologic stage and clinical efficacy in ovarian cancer.Methods60patients with ovarian cancer were enrolled into the study.7.5mL peripheral vein blood was extracted,and the number of circulating tumor cells was detected by negative enrichment combined with EpCAM identification method.The correlation between the number of circulating tumor cells with the pathologic stage and clinical efficacy were analysed.Results The number of circulating tumor cells increased significantly in patients with recurrence,distant metastasis,and higher clinical stage of TNM.The efficacy rate and median survival time of the group,whose circulating tumor cells was less than2,were76.2%and(28.1±3.5)months respectively,which were significantly higher than those of the group,whose circulating tumor cells was more than2.Conclusion Circulating tumor cell detection can reflect the clinical characteristics of patients with ovarian cancer,and has a good predictive value for the short-term efficacy and long-term prognosis of patients.
