摘要
该文介绍了双联式燃油泵的结构特征,提出了活塞与传动轴一体化设计的双活塞结构,即活塞既可改变容腔容积又能传递动力。详细阐述了双联式燃油泵的工作原理,并对样机进行了流量特性试验,得到了空载和负载流量特性曲线以及特定转速压力下的流量变化曲线。验证了双联式燃油泵的容积效率变化情况,并在特定条件下得到其容积效率曲线。
This paper introduces the structural characteristics of duplex fuel pump,and puts forward the double piston structure,which integrates the piston and the drive shaft,that is,the piston can change the volume of the cavity and transmit the power.And the working principle of the duplex fuel pump is described in detail.The flow characteristics of the prototype were tested,and the no-load and load flow characteristics curves and the flow rate curves under specific speed pressure were obtained.The volumetric efficiency of the duplex fuel pump is verified,and the volumetric efficiency curve is obtained under certain conditions.
