摘要
双螺旋摆动液压缸是一种将活塞的直线运动转化为输出轴摆动的液压执行元件,它具有体积小、输出扭矩大、摆角精度高、安装方便等优点。介绍了双螺旋摆动液压缸的工作原理,推导出双螺旋摆动缸输出扭矩、输出转角的数学模型。根据一款摆动缸的性能要求,确定了摆动缸两级螺旋副的尺寸参数,并计算出摆动缸的实际输出扭矩及最大摆角。依照实验得到的数据结果,分析了摆动缸的输出扭矩与工作压力及摩擦等影响因素的关系。
Double helix swing hydraulic cylinder is hydraulic actuator which converts the linear motion of piston into swing of output rod.It has the advantages of small size,large output torque,high accuracy of swing angle and easy to assemble.Introduces the working principle of the double helix swing hydraulic cylinder,and derives the mathematical model of the output torque and the output Angle of the double helix swing hydraulic cylinder.Based on the performance requirements of one swing hydraulic cylinder,confirmed the dimensions of two level helix pair of the swing hydraulic cylinder,and calculated the actual output torque and maximum swing angle.According to the experimental data,analyzed the relationship between the output torque of swing hydraulic cylinder and working pressure,friction and other influencing factors.
