摘要
在隧洞断层破碎带施工时,TBM常规支护容易引发隧洞坍塌和围岩变形,影响TBM正常掘进。在辽宁大伙房输水隧洞TBM施工中,研制了TBM新型支护系统,该系统由钢筋排安装系统、高效钢拱架及钢筋网片安装机构、锚杆钻机以及喷混系统组成。采用TBM新型支护系统后,可以有效缩短支护作业时间,提高TBM支护作业效率和设备掘进效率,并且施工过程中无塌方,围岩无大变形,保证了施工安全。
In the construction of fault fracture zone of tunnel,TBM conventional support would easily lead to the tunnel collapse and surrounding rock deformation,affecting the TBM normal tunneling.In the TBM construction of Dahuofang water conveyance tunnel in Liaoning Province,the TBM new support system has been developed.The system is mainly composed of the reinforcing bar installation system,efficient steel arch frame and reinforced mesh installation agencies,the roof bolter and the spray mixing system.The TBM new support system is adopted to effectively short the support operation time and improve the efficiency of the TBM support operation and equipment excavation,and no collapse in the construction and no large deformation for the surrounding rock,which could ensure the construction safety.
