供给或需求均可能成为供求矛盾的主要方面,都或将成为宏观经济管理的重点。分析供给改进,不仅应考虑总生产函数模型直接表明的因素,还应考虑模型假设条件和模型隐含因素。应通过制度或运作机制的设定与不断完善,构建供给的动力机制,以保证供给者尽可能提供供给总量并改善供给结构。

Supply or demand may become the main aspect of the contradiction between supply and demand,or will become the focus of macroeconomic management.To analyze supply improvement,we should consider not only the factors directly indicated by the total production function,but also the model assumptions and implicit factors.Through the establishment and continuous improvement of the system or operating mechanism,the power mechanism of supply should be constructed to ensure that the supplier provides productions as much as improve the supply structure.
