摘要
以成都地区住宅建筑为研究对象,通过正交试验设计结合建筑空调能耗模拟的分析方法,研究影响建筑空调能耗的主要因素,包括朝向、窗墙比、外窗类型、外墙外保温及外窗外遮阳,最终发现外窗使用镀反射膜双层中空玻璃,外墙使用70mm EPS保温板的节能措施较难实现成都住宅建筑节能65%目标,需辅以其他节能手段。
With the residential building in Chengdu as the object of the research,analyzing the mainly factors of influencing the air conditioning energy consumption including orientations,window-to-wall ratio,window types,wall types and external window shading.In the paper,the orthogonal test design method is used to simulate the building air conditioning energy consumption.Finally,it is found that it is difficult to achieve65%goals of energy efficiency in residential buildings in Chengdu,if the energy saving measures are coated double glazing glass windows and70mm EPS board for exterior insulation.It is necessary to take some other energy saving measures.
