西藏大学生网络素养现状及教育对策研究

Study on the Network Literacy of College Students and Its Educational Countermeasures in Tibet

本文以全局和战略高度为视角,以西藏高校大学生为样本,通过访谈调查问卷等方式,深入了解了西藏大学生网络现状,分析了西藏高校大学生网络素养方面取得的成绩和面临的问题,针对存在的一些难点和不足提出了意见建议。研究认为可以在强化网络教育培训、加强网络资源建设、掌握线上线下教育的主动权方面下功夫,切实提升西藏大学生网络素养。

In the global perspective and strategic height,taking college students in Tibet as samples,through interviews and questionnaires,we intend to get an in-depth understanding of the status quo of college students'network literacy in Tibet.We analyzed the achievements and problems of college students'network literacy in Tibet,and put forward opinions and suggestions to deal with the existing difficulties and shortcomings.The authors believe that efforts should be made to strengthen network education and training,strengthen the construction of network resources,and grasp the initiative of online and offline education,so as to effectively improve the network literacy of college students in Tibet.
