摘要
民办幼儿园教师职业幸福感对教师自身专业素养和职业生活状况具有重要作用。本研究采用问卷调查法和访谈法对天津市61位民办幼儿园教师职业幸福感总体水平的现状,教师个体特征与其职业幸福感的差异进行调查后得出:天津市民办幼儿园教师职业幸福感总体水平不高;教师职业幸福感随收入升高而升高,不同的收入水平和择业原因与教师职业幸福感水平都存在显著差异。
Private kindergarten teachers'subjective well-being plays an important role in teacher's professional accomplishment and professional life condition.This paper takes private kindergartens'61teachers to study and investigate these teachers through a questionnaire and interviews.The results show that the overall level of private kindergarten teachers'subjective well-being is not high,the higher the income level,the higher the teacher's subjective well-being.There are significant differences in different income levels and the reasons of inauguration of private kindergarten teachers'subjective well-being.
