摘要
实验教学是高校教学的重要组成部分,是培养大学生实践能力、创新能力和综合能力的关键性环节。本文以培养"应用型人才"为中心,结合食品安全和食品科学与工程专业的培养目标,立足于食品学院的特殊性,优化食品微生物课程。从实验课程的选择、优化专业实验内容、改革实验教学方法、改进实验成绩评估方式等方面具体构建实验课程新体系。目的为提高实验教学过程中学生的参与度。学生作为教学过程的主体,主体参与型教学模式一直被倡导,它强调在整个教学过程中充分提高学生参与度。我们在上海海洋大学2015级食品安全专业微生物实验教学过程中对提高学生参与度进行了初步尝试和探索,取得了良好的效果。相信经过反复的探索和完善,这些改革措施将能充分体现学生的主体地位,有利于进一步推动微生物实验教学水平的提升,提高学生的培养质量,并且这种教学模式可以在高校普及,并达到提高学生综合能力的目标。
Experimental teaching is an important part of teaching in colleges and universities,which is a key link in cultivating college students'practical ability,innovative ability and comprehensive ability.Combining Food Safety and College of Food Science&Technology with the aim of training,based on the particularity of the food institute,it aims to cultivate"applied talents"as the center and optimize the courses of food microbiology.The new system of experimental courses is constructed from the selection of experimental courses,optimizing the professional experiment,reforming the experimental teaching method and improving the evaluation method of experimental results.The objective is to improve the participation of students in experimental teaching.As the main body of the teaching process,the main body participative teaching model has been advocated,which emphasizes the full increase of student participation in the whole teaching process.At the2015grade of Shanghai Ocean University,we made a preliminary attempt and exploration to improve student participation in Food Safety specialty's microbiology experiment teaching,and achieved good results.After repeated exploration and improvement,it is believed that these reform measures will be able to fully reflect the students'subject status,help to further promote the microbiological experimental teaching level and improve the quality of the cultivation of the students,and this teaching model can be popularized in colleges and universities,in order to achieve the target of improving students'comprehensive ability.
