独立学院党组织生活信息化的探索

The Research of Informatization of Party Organization Life in Independent Colleges

中共中央关于加强高等学校党的建设,提出党的组织生活是党建的重要内容,是党组织对党员进行教育、管理、监督的重要形式。在独立学院的机关部门工作中,有些党的基层组织承担了繁重的行政业务,面对繁杂的党务工作存在畏难、敷衍的态度,致使党务工作不够规范、质量不高、效率低下。本论文在搭建"党组织生活信息系统"的技术支持下,以党的组织生活信息化手段的优势,推进基层党组织工作创新和基层党组织工作信息化,探索网上组织生活新模式,实现党员学习教育立体化、全覆盖。

The CPC Central Committee attaches great importance to Party construction in universities,while Party organization life is an essential part in Party construction,and it is a vital form for Party organizations to educate,manage and supervise the Party members.In independent colleges,some grassroots Party organizations undertake mass administrative work.Under such circumstance,some staff assume a daunting and perfunctory attitude to complicated Party affairs,which directly causes negative effect such as low efficiency and quality of work,low criterion of work procedures.Under the technical support,the paper devotes to build an"Information System of Party Organizations".By means of information technology,this paper tries to discover solutions to promote work innovation and look for new model of online Party organization life,and eventually realize dimensional and comprehensive learning and education of each Party member.
