个性化护理干预对胃溃疡患者的临床疗效、不良心理及生活质量的影响

Effect of personalized nursing intervention on clinical curative effect,adverse psychological and quality of life in patients with gastric ulcer

目的:探讨个性化护理干预对胃溃疡患者的临床疗效、不良心理及生活质量的影响。方法:通过对2014年3月至2016年5月在我院治疗的98例胃溃疡患者随机分组,研究组患者应用个性化护理干预,对照组患者给予常规护理,观察比较两组患者的治疗效果、心理状态和生活质量差异。结果:研究组患者治疗效果同对照组比较明显提高,SAS评分、SDS评分和NHP评分显著下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对胃溃疡患者采用个性化护理干预可提高治疗效果,缓解不良情绪,提高患者生活质量,促进患者恢复,值得临床推广应用。

Objective: To explore the effect of personalized nursing intervention on the clinical and quality of life of patients with gastric ulcer. Methods: From March 2014 to May 2016 in our hospital treatment of 98 ceasesof gastric ulcer patients were randomly divided into groups ^ the experimental group of patients with personalized nursing intervention,the control group of patients given routine care, observation and comparison of the Psychological status and quality of life differences. R esu lts: Compared with the control and N H P of the experimentd group were significantly decreased ( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Individualized for patients with gastric ulcer can improve the therapeutic effect, relieve bad mood, improve the promote the recovery of patients, clinical application is worthy of promotion
