阿那其根原粉胶囊治疗变异性咳嗽疗效100例

Clinical observation of anacyclus pyrethrum DC capsule on 100 patients with cough variant asthma

目的:观察维药阿那其根原粉胶囊治疗变异性咳嗽的临床疗效。方法:将符合病例入选标准的100例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组50例,对照组予以布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂,治疗组给予阿那其根原粉胶囊,疗程均为30天。观察比较两组患者的药物治疗有效率以及临床症状。结果:治疗组总有效率以及临床症状与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:阿那其根原粉胶囊可以改善变异性咳嗽患者的临床症状,提高临床疗效。

Objective:To discuss the clinical effects for cough variant asthma(CVA) of the Anacyclus Method:100 patients with cough variant asthma were randomly divided into control group and experimental each). The control group were treated with budesonide and formoterol fumarate powder for group was given anacyclus pyrethrum DC capsule. Two groups were treated :^or 30 days. We observed and compared the symptomsand clinical cure of two groups. Result:There were no significant difference in symptoms and clinical group and the (control group. Conclusion: anacyclus pyrethrum DC capsule can improve patients.
