摘要
目的:探究综合护理干预措施对初产妇纯母乳喂养率的影响。方法:选择我院自2015年3月至2016年12月收治的136例初产妇,将其随机分为2组,对照组和观察组,每组68例,对照组给予一般护理,观察组给予综合护理,对比两组初产妇纯母乳喂养率。结果:观察组母乳喂养率为97.06%(66/68),对照组为80.88%(55/68),相对比,P<0.05。结论:给予初产妇综合护理干预,可提高母乳喂养率,值得推广。
Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing interventions on the rate of exclusive breastfeeding in primipara.Method: A total of 136 primiparous women admitted to our hospital from March 2015 to December 2016 were randomlydivided into ^wo groups: control group and observation group,68 patients in each group,The control group was given generalcare, the observation group given comprehensive care, compared the two groups of primiparous breastfeeding rate. Result:Thebreastfeeding rate was 97. 0 6 % (66/68) in the observation group and 80. 8 8 % (55/68) in the control group. The relative ratiowas P < 0 05. Conclusion:Pregnant women to give comprehensive care intervention, can improve the breastfeeding worth promoting.
