几种沙生灌木光合作用及水分生理特征比较 被引量:1

摘要 以沙地种植的两年生沙地桑(Morus alba)、沙木蓼(Atraphaxis bracteata)、柠条(Caragana korshinskii)、红皮沙拐枣(Calligonum rubicundum)幼树为研究对象,对其进行植物水势、叶绿素含量和光合参数等指标的测定,采用单因素方差和最小显著差数法分析研究了4种沙生植物的光合生理生态特性。结果表明:(1)4种植物水势日变化表现为早晚高,正午低,柠条在4种植物中日水势最低,叶绿素含量最高;(2)沙地桑适宜在低光强下生长,红皮沙拐枣更能适应强光环境,沙木蓼和柠条的可用光强范围较窄;(3)柠条对于沙区环境的适应性强,更适宜用作治沙植物材料,沙地桑物质积累能力强,适宜作为沙地经济树种种植。 Two years old Atraphaxis bracteata,Morus alba,Caragana korshinskii&Calligonum rubicundumwere used as the object of this study.Model1000Pressure Chamber Instrument,chlorophyll meter and CIRAS IIphotosynthesis system were used to measure water potential,chlorophyll content and photosynthetic parameters.Photosynthetic ecophysiological characters of four sandy plant was studied by one way ANOVA and LSD methods.Result shows that:(1)The diurnal water potential variation of four plants is higher in predawn and evening and lower at noon,Caragana korshinskii have lowest diurnal water potential and highest chlorophyll content of the four plants;(2)Morus alba would grow well under low light intensity,Calligonum rubicundum is more adaptive under high light intensity than other three plants,Caragana korshinskii and Atraphaxis bracteata fitted in comparatively small range of light intensity;(3)Caragana korshinskii is more adaptable in the sandy area and it is an suitable plant material used for desertification control,Morus alba has strong ability for matter accumulation and it is suitable to plant as sandy economic species.
