无水卵石地层注浆加固模型试验研究

摘要 以乌鲁木齐市轨道交通1号线大西沟站~中营工站区间浅埋暗挖隧道工程为背景,对开挖过程中遇到的无水卵石地层超前注浆加固问题进行了研究。结合现场地质调查和土层分析,采用室内试验的方法对区间隧道比例模型进行了注浆试验,研究了浆液扩散规律及注浆后结石体形态。通过对比试验重点研究了该地层条件下注浆压力、注浆量、渗透系数、水灰比等注浆参数对浆液扩散半径的影响,揭示了无水卵石层渗透注浆加固机理,并为无水卵石层暗挖隧道超前注浆加固设计、施工提供了技术参考。 Based on the shallow embedded tunnel project of the Daxigou-Zhongyinggong Section in the Urumqi rail transit line1,the problem of the pre-grouting in the non-water pebble stratum was studied.Combined with field geological investigation and soil layer analysis,the indoor grouting experiment was carried out on the scale model of the tunnel to uncover the regularity of the grouting diffusion and the compressive strength of stone body.In order to reveal the strengthening mechanism of perneation grouting in non-water pebble stratum,and provide technical references for design and construction of the shallow embedded tunnel in cobble layer,the relationship was studied for predicting the influences of grouting pressure,grouting amount,permeability coefficient and water cement ratio on the grouting diffusion radius.
