摘要
钢筋灌浆套筒连接是装配式混凝土结构节点的主要连接方式,灌浆料的密实度是影响节点受力性能的关键因素。采用Y.MU2000-D型X射线试验机,对不同规格的灌浆套筒试件进行了缺陷检测研究,选择了合适的管电流和管电压,X射线技术能够识别试件中厚度1 mm的灌浆缺陷。根据X射线工作原理,提供了缺陷尺寸的计算方法,这项技术可用于套筒平行试件内部灌浆质量的验收。
Grout sleeve splicing of rebars is the main way to connect concrete prefabricate members,the quality of grout in sleeve is an important factor of structure performance.We can distinguish defects in test-pieces with Y.MU2000-D X-ray instrument.Under the suitable electricity and voltage,the resolving power is about1mm.According to the principle of the X-ray testing,this paper provides formulas for calculating size of defects,which can be used to check and accept the quality of grout in sleeve.
