摘要
以膨胀剂的补偿收缩抗裂防渗原理为基础,综合利用高聚物填充和纤维阻裂的机理,在膨胀剂中复合掺加纤维和高聚物等抗裂组分,进行了掺加多重抗裂组分砂浆试件的力学性能、限制膨胀率和早期抗开裂试验,分析了不同材料配合比对砂浆试件力学性能、限制膨胀率和抗裂性能的影响规律,提出了掺加多重抗裂组分的最优配合比。结果表明:膨胀剂、聚合物、聚丙烯纤维作为抗裂组分复合双掺或复合多掺,相对于素砂浆和单独掺加CSA膨胀剂的砂浆的抗裂效果有明显改善;复合双掺膨胀剂和聚合物作为抗裂剂时,聚合物的掺量不宜太大,宜选用C-V1材料配合比;复合双掺膨胀剂和聚丙烯纤维作为抗裂剂宜选择C-G2材料配合比。
This paper was based on the principle of compensating shrinkage and seepage prevention of expansive agent,according to the mechanism of polymer filling and fiber cracking,and the fiber and the polymer were compounded in the expansion agent,the mechanical properties of mortar samples with multiple crack-resistant components were tested,and the expansion rate and early cracking resistance were tested,the effects of different mix proportions on the mechanical properties,limiting expansion and crack resistance of mortar were analyzed.The optimum mixing ratio of the multi-crack-resistant components was suggested.The results show that when the expansive agent,polymer and polypropylene fiber fiber as cracking component composite double-doped or composite multi-doped,relative mortar and mortar alone mixed with expansion agent cracking effect is significantly improved.Composite double-doping expansive agent and polymer as anti-cracking agent,the amount of polymer should not be too large,and should use C-VI material mix proportion.When composite double-expansive agent and polypropylene fiber as anti-cracking agent,it is better to choose C-G2material mix proportion.
