工业化组装式住宅也叫预制装配式住宅,指的是prefabricated住宅,即在工厂里做好住宅各部分后,在建筑现场组装。符合工业化建造逻辑的工程设计是建筑产业现代化技术系统的前提和整合集成的必要基础。以第三代轻型结构组装式住宅产品"微排未来屋"为例,依照可装配式创新性和常用性构造原理,本文详细描述了可移动拼装滑轨技术与可移动内隔墙体导轨技术。

The industrial assembling houses are also called prefabs,referring to prefabricated housing.The prefabs are assembled on site after parts finishing.Engineering designs conforming to the construction logic of industrialization is the prerequisite for the modern technological system of the construction industry and the necessary basis for integration.The paper mainly took the“future houses”of light-framed housing systems for example,according to the principle of the assembly innovation and the common principle,and put forward the technology of assembling slide rails and the guide rails of movable inner wall.
